Whether on the rocks or frozen, the Margarita has long been one of the most popular cocktails in North America. We recommend a classic version on the rocks that combines the tang of lime, sweetness of orange and the strength of tequila.

Add 2 ounces of blanco tequila, 1/2 ounce of orange liqueur, 1 ounce of fresh lime juice and 1/2 ounce of agave syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled.
Strain the liquid into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish the Margarita with a lime wheel and kosher salt (optional).

Fill the glass with ice, top with club soda and stir.

Stir 2 1/2 ounces of vodka, 1/2 ounce of dry vermouth, 1 dash of orange bitters and ice together.
Strain the liquid from the ice into a chilled martini glass.
